THE JOB
As an HR & Training Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Conducting and coordinating both public and in-house training sessions.
- Assisting in any ad hoc projects within the Learning & Development team as needed.
- Creating and updating learning modules tailored to the specific needs of retail operations.

- Coordinating with multiple stores for stock transfer, receiving, display, and sales.
- Maintaining an updated planner for sales campaigns and events, and diligently tracking store sales performance.
- Responding promptly to merchandise-related issues and providing immediate solutions.
- Compiling purchase orders and monitoring forecast accuracy.
- Processing invoices, preparing allocation lists, tracking shipment advices, and ensuring timely dispatch of related documents to respective departments.
- Tracking, reviewing, and analyzing pending purchase orders with the merchandiser.
- Following up on shortages, overdue deliveries, and preparing proforma invoices.
REQUIREMENTS

- The AR Assistant processes and verifies credit card receipts for goods sold. They ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

- Preparing account and finance reports on time.
- The AR Assistant prepares reports and statements related to accounts receivable.
- Undertaking project or ad hoc job when as required from time to time.
