CORPORATE EVENT AND COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE

The incumbent is reporting to the Commercial Director under Digital Marketing Department. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all social media printings and posting online, have in-depth knowledge on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and etc. The incumbent will involve in planning and organizing corporate event, including press conference and handling press release. The incumbent is responsible for managing and updating regularly on the company’s website and online store webpage, including live chat and online messaging.

The Job:
  • Responsible for all the work scopes under Digital Marketing, Advertising and Promotion.
  • Handle and manage all corporate accounts on social media and company's website, including an update on corporate news, act as liaison and mediator on these social media platforms.
  • Responsible for corporate image and act on customers' enquiries and complaint, analyse and divert to respective departments for their attention and remedy actions.
  • Responsible for corporate event, sponsorship activities, press conference and press release.
  • Involved in corporate online store webpage, products' write up and correspondence with customers.
  • Work together with the retail operation team on blasting info on new products' launching and promotion.
Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in mass communication or journalism studies or with related working experience in corporate communication and digital marketing.
  • Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision and possess own vehicle.
  • Possess good command of English communication and writing skill and extrovert in establishing a good rapport with all level of peoples.
  • Posses knowledge in eCommerce or digital marketing would be an added advantage.
  • Required skills in MS Office and web application, with good presentation skill.
  • Diligent, energetic, independent, willing to learn and able to work on own initiative and as part of the team is essential.
  • Meticulous and possess an eye for details.
  • Good problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • To visualise and draw mind map for presentation.
  • To analyse data and audit for discrepancies or variances during consolidation of reports.
