HR & TRAINING ASSISTANT

THE JOB

As an HR & Training Assistant, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and coordinating both public and in-house training sessions.
  • Assisting in any ad hoc projects within the Learning & Development team as needed.
  • Creating and updating learning modules tailored to the specific needs of retail operations.
  • Tracking and analyzing training completion, ensuring follow-up to ensure all tasks are completed.

REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Ideally, possess work experience in the retail, service, or hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

THE JOB

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying slow-moving merchandise and supporting the Senior Buyer with stock consolidation and diversion efforts.
  • Coordinating with multiple stores for stock transfer, receiving, display, and sales.
  • Maintaining an updated planner for sales campaigns and events, and diligently tracking store sales performance.
  • Responding promptly to merchandise-related issues and providing immediate solutions.
  • Compiling purchase orders and monitoring forecast accuracy.
  • Processing invoices, preparing allocation lists, tracking shipment advices, and ensuring timely dispatch of related documents to respective departments.
  • Tracking, reviewing, and analyzing pending purchase orders with the merchandiser.
  • Following up on shortages, overdue deliveries, and preparing proforma invoices.

REQUIREMENTS

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with experience in retail merchandising, preferably in footwear, sportswear, and apparel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in sales coordination, merchandising, Excel Pivot, and strong mathematical skills with high accuracy in data entry.

  • Handling corporate sales and marketing campaigns, digital marketing platforms, and providing support for all corporate events and functions.
  • Tracking market developments, devising strategies, and creating sales and marketing action plans.
  • Meeting marketing and sales objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities through a deep understanding of consumer requirements.

THE JOB

As an Interior Designer, your duties include:

  • Monitoring project planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, and interior fit-out coordination.
  • Liaising with clients to track and control schedules related to cost, time, and quality.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely follow-up on drawings, submissions, completion letters, delivery processes, and other related tasks.
  • Performing and monitoring budgeting and expenditure control management.
  • Demonstrating familiarity with building contractual terms, laws, and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Bringing relevant working experience in renovation, project management, and coordination, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
