HR and Administration



As an HR & Training Assistant, your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and coordinating both public and in-house training sessions.
  • Assisting in any ad hoc projects within the Learning & Development team as needed.
  • Creating and updating learning modules tailored to the specific needs of retail operations.
  • Tracking and analyzing training completion, ensuring follow-up to ensure all tasks are completed.
  • Planning training schedules to ensure adequacy and progressively enhance mentoring as required.
  • Providing operational support to retail stores during events and new openings.
  • Handling HRDC claim submissions, tracking, and reporting.


To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Ideally, possess work experience in the retail, service, or hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport effectively.
  • Have a solid understanding of current Learning & Development trends.
  • Exhibit a passion for both learning and imparting knowledge and skills.
  • Be willing to travel and possess decent public speaking skills.



As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Identifying slow-moving merchandise and supporting the Senior Buyer with stock consolidation and diversion efforts.
  • Coordinating with multiple stores for stock transfer, receiving, display, and sales.
  • Maintaining an updated planner for sales campaigns and events, and diligently tracking store sales performance.
  • Responding promptly to merchandise-related issues and providing immediate solutions.
  • Compiling purchase orders and monitoring forecast accuracy.
  • Processing invoices, preparing allocation lists, tracking shipment advices, and ensuring timely dispatch of related documents to respective departments.
  • Tracking, reviewing, and analyzing pending purchase orders with the merchandiser.
  • Following up on shortages, overdue deliveries, and preparing proforma invoices.


To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with experience in retail merchandising, preferably in footwear, sportswear, and apparel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in sales coordination, merchandising, Excel Pivot, and strong mathematical skills with high accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in BM, English, and Mandarin languages.

  • Handling corporate sales and marketing campaigns, digital marketing platforms, and providing support for all corporate events and functions.
  • Tracking market developments, devising strategies, and creating sales and marketing action plans.
  • Meeting marketing and sales objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities through a deep understanding of consumer requirements.
  • Managing all social media printing and online posting, including platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
  • Participating in the planning and organization of corporate events, such as press conferences, and managing press releases. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with regularly updating the company’s website and online store webpage, including live chat and online messaging functionalities.


To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A Diploma or Degree in mass communication or journalism studies, or relevant working experience in corporate communication and digital marketing.
  • The ability to work autonomously and produce results without close supervision, along with access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong command of both English and Chinese communication and writing skills, coupled with an outgoing personality to establish rapport with individuals at all levels.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce or digital marketing would be advantageous.

As an Interior Designer, your duties include:

  • Monitoring project planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, and interior fit-out coordination.
  • Liaising with clients to track and control schedules related to cost, time, and quality.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure timely follow-up on drawings, submissions, completion letters, delivery processes, and other related tasks.
  • Performing and monitoring budgeting and expenditure control management.
  • Demonstrating familiarity with building contractual terms, laws, and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Bringing relevant working experience in renovation, project management, and coordination, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Managing site operations, coordination, and safety meetings.

  • A Diploma or Degree qualification in interior design or architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Knowledge of Architectural/Interior Designer drawings.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends when necessary due to the nature of the projects.

Information Technology and Programming



As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a variety of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, CCTV, and servers.
  • Providing operational support across all retail outlets and general administration offices.
  • Offering user support for internet access and monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Keeping up with constant learning and testing of new technology, and providing advice on equipment repair and replacement as necessary.


To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology and relevant skills and experience related to the tasks outlined above.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a technical, logical thought process.
  • Solid knowledge of networks, including setting up and maintaining servers and security-access aspects.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Reliability, rigor, team spirit, a service-oriented approach, and initiative in executing assigned work.



As a Programmer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coding and testing programming for software and mobile apps.
