• She will perform administrative duties for an organization
• She will be responsible attending to walk-ins at the front desk
• She will answer all general calls coming into the office, screen and direct them to the proper extension numbers
• At times, will be responsible for taking messages from callers
• Receive and distribute all mails or parcels from the courier services
• She should have a pleasant personality, courteous and have a good command of English.

• Responsible for overall store operations and profit including productivity and service standards.
• He/She will oversee a variety of staff functions. This includes ensuring that sales targets are met, maximizing profitability, increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring continued business growth.
• Overseeing stock levels, analyzing sales figures, problem solving and responding to customer complaints and comments.
• Directs and coordinates activities concerned with the operations of a retail outlet within company guidelines and policies.
• Coordinates and manages new outlet set-up.
• Other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

       Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline and must be mature. Possess at least 3 years experience in related filed.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge in footwear, leatherwear and apparels would be an added advantage.
• Skills Required: strong planning, organization, supervisory, communication and relationship building skills.
• Possess a high degree of initiative and self-starter. Outgoing and energetic personality.
• Managing and motivating staff to increase sales and improve efficiency.
• Be thoroughly organized and have a proactive approach.
• Good experience meeting budgets and goals with strong leadership skills.
• Willing to travel, re-allocation and possess a valid driving license.

• Minimum PMR or with working experience.
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
