The Job

The incumbent is reporting to the Senior Operation Manager. The job required the incumbent to perform general administrative duties at Branch Office and any operational duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in any discipline, preferably with 2-3 years of working experience.
  • High level of commitment and enthusiasm, with the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
  • Diligent, proactive, meticulous with a keen eye for details.
  • Ability to communicate in English, BM and Chinese preferred.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision and meeting deadline.
  • Computer literate and good communication skill.
  • Only Malaysian citizens or PR status may apply.

The incumbent is reporting to Retail Manager and Retail Executive. The incumbent will executes operations service standards, assists Manager in overseeing a variety of staff functions. The incumbent is responsible to preparation of daily documentation, receiving of stocks, merchandise display and lead a team of sales personnel to achieve sales target.

 

Requirements

  • Possess SPM or STPM with relevant retail experience.
  • Multilingual, knowledge of Mandarin and other local dialects would be an added advantage.

RETAIL MANAGER

The Job

The incumbent is reporting to General Manager and Senior Operation Manager. The incumbent is responsible for overall store operations and profit including productivity and service standards, overseeing a variety of staff functions, ensuring that sales targets are met, maximizing profitability, increasing customer satisfaction and ensuring continued business growth. The incumbent will oversee stock levels, analyzing sales figures, problem solving and responding to customer complaints and comments, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the operations of a retail outlet within company guidelines and policies, as well as coordinates and manages new outlet set-up.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent discipline and must be mature.
  • Possess at least 3 years experience in retailing or service operation.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in footwear, leatherwear and sports apparels would be an added advantage.
  • Skills Required: strong planning, organization, supervisory, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and self-starter.

The Job

The incumbent is reporting to the Managing Director and EDP Officer as Department Head. The incumbent will be responsible in assisting the Department Head in leading the programming section, develop and write computer programs to store, locate and retrieve specific documents, data and information. The incumbent will plan and manage projects in network and system’s integration to accommodate changing business needs, including the server and firewall maintenance and upgrading part.

 

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in programming studies, with the ability to develop software based on the description of business logic.
  • Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision and possess own vehicle.
  • Knowledge on MS Visual Basic FOXPRO in-depth knowledge and possess at least 3 to 4 years experience in programming.
  • Required skills in MS Visual Basic 6 and VB.NET, MS Office 97, 2003, MS Windows NT 4, MS Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/7/8, MS Windows NT Server, MS 2008 Server and web application.
